Sales chasing is a core element of estate agency and should not be treated or considered as an add on. We work really hard to keep our sales progressing timely and efficiently, and will always go the extra mile to overcome any obstacles that may arise during this time. This means working closely with solicitors and conveyancers, surveyors, damp and timber specialists and tradespeople such as roofers, builders etc.
We believe that key skills to great sales progressing are KNOWLEDGE, INSTINCT and RESOLUTION. Therefore, we ensure that the whole team are up to date with the latest legislation and know about key local issues. We also ensure all members of the team are continually learning, and as members or associates of the NAEA and ARLA, the team have to complete CPD (continued professional development) annually which includes conferences, masterclasses, training, research and reading. We also like to share experiences and new situations and ways of resolving these, so the whole team learns and grows together.
We strive to maintain the best price possible in the best timeframe for you, and deal with all the hassle between sale agreed and completion, which is an art all of it’s own.
